Please feel free to use this morning checklist. I am using this as a personal checklist so I can pull this post page up every morning and not have to bounce around on the net.

Let’s Get Started… You wake up and now you need to …
- Do Not Hit Snooze!!!
- Drink 2 12-16 ounce glasses or bottles of water. (Filtered and Alkaline if possible) within the first 20 minutes of waking up
- Meditate / Pray
- Daily Priming Excercise
- Exercise (Get your heart rate up!) I’m working on some interviews with some health professionals & trainers to see their recommendations on the best workouts to start your morning. I’ll fill you in on this when it is published
- Eat a Healthy Breakfast w/protein. My recommended breakfast & what I eat every day is solid. I start with frying up some green pepper and turkey sausage. Then I add 3 (three) eggs and scramble it all together. Once the eggs are fully cooked I cut up some broccoli then add it along with some ground chia seed, ground flax seed, cheese & topped off with some organic salsa.
- Finalize your to-do list for the day. Prioritize your list in order of importance. Be mindful of the time it will take to complete each task and only list tasks that you can complete for the day. If there are tasks you want to have if you finish what is on your Daily list, then be sure to write those down on a different list. I’ll be doing a blog post soon on creating a proper to-do list/productivity board. So stay tuned!
