It's hard to build a website if you can't access your WordPress Dashboard. Follow along with this website to log into your WordPress website and access the WordPress Dashboard.

Your WordPress login is really easy to access. For years I used a plugin to change your WordPress login URL but it stopped being supported so I am currently testing a few new plugins.

If you have used one of these plugins to change your WordPress login page URL then, unfortunately, this blog post will not be able to help you.

If you have not used one of those plugins, I can help you log into your website.

log into wordpress

Once you have installed WordPress you can log in to your website by going to yourbrandsname.com/wp-admin. This will take you to the login page.

Admin URL: https://yourbrandsname.com/wp-admin

Now you need to put in the username and password you created when you installed WordPress in the webinar and click on login.

Now, you should be inside of your Dashboard.

You can go ahead and “Dismiss” (or click on the X) to close the “Welcome to WordPress” section.

Congratulations! You have successfully logged into your WordPress Website!

Like I mentioned above there are some plugins that will change the URL to the login page and there is a reason why they exist. They help keep your website safe from hackers.

When you change the URL you make it a guessing game for hackers. Since all default URLs for WordPress to access your Dashboard is https://yourbrandsname.com/wp-admin all hackers have to do is type that in and then start guessing your username and password. If it is not at this address then they can’t access anything!

Just wanted to let you know I’m looking for something … I’ll let you all know when I find something good.
